after having a look at the newly posted 2005 jw statistics and comparing them to those of 2004, there are some interesting trends.. 23841 fewer bible studies.. 377274 fewer at the memorial.. 14785 fewer baptized.. 4032902 fewer hours in the ministry.. also, i have estimated, based on the change in the peak publishers from 2004 to 2005 compared to the number baptized, that around 146934 were disfellowshipped, disassociated or became inactive.. sudan has started reporting as of 2005. palau is now reporting under its english name; previously it was listed under its native name belau.. most areas showing growth are poor countries and countries with only relatively recent witness presence.

thank you to the posters who advised about the availability of these letters: a lone elders attempts to elicit some sense from the rigidly nonsensical watchtower's pick-and-choose blood transfusion doctrine.

A Blood donation has another appropriate value: The Donator gives a little of his blood to save his fellow christian.

And as they have no chance to get a shafre of the red cross blood donations they compete with innovation and technology.

i understand that one immediate effect of the "big news" about the watchtower's possible liability on blood transfusion will be.

that elders are ordered to destroy all copies of previous directives on blood.

however, this limited response seems inadequate.

The society has a great experience in shaping the past, they like to turk facts and yet they fake turks we say in Luxemburg what means that they prefer falsifying realities.

as an extrwem example I think about the letter from Rutherford to Mr. Hitler, the German Chancellor. It did not reach the target but caused a terrible answer. That again caused accusations against the German branch offier Balzereit who was accused from 1934 to 1998 where in the holocuast Awake with one sentence he was explained innocent.

all the 60 years before he was excommunicated and there were so many accusations against this guy. Finally they come to the recognition that it were the brothers who explained Balzereit as evildoer. But they had Rutherfrods letter and the German letter and could compare that nothing was modified. Such kind of liars in leading positions.

And when I think about the old school brochure - you remember the old blue one - therin it was explained that JWs children dont participate in scholl elections and their parents not in elections of school parentship.

Later when they decided on global level to find the favor of the governments with the target to get tax free status eg in Germany - they cancelled this policy - liek the cancelled the policy of vacchinations, organ transplantation and transfusion of cracked blood components.

They are opportunists without example, on their policy they make people to be dummies without brain. What the blood question targets - I am convinced that there is much more behind all things. I guess they have stocks in innovative technologies to cut off a big share from the red cross blood business by substituting it via technology and artificial blood like Biopure and Hemopure, both products made from ossblood.

A blood transfusion takes blood not from an animal that is killed because the need to grant food to someone. A blood transfusion does not depend on any sacrifice. It is a donation from someone living who wants to keep another one alive.

WTS throws those facts in a bowl and mixes therefrom a doctrine. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gave enough examples that the life is over the law. The bastards of pharisees had rejected his acting by recitating the law. But Jesus contercarried their reasoning.

as a witness, i knew several men who attempted to grow beards.

when they did, and attended meetings, it did not take long to be talked to by elders and told, "as spiritual men, they should not display an outward form of rebellion.

I once read the book by William Schnell, 30 years a slave of the WT. There this guy who was German, grew up in US and came back in 1914 to the Reich and had to stay there because of war and German nativity while his father was officer in the Kaisers army told that Balzereit had a Russell fbeard.

Then the great judge came and Balzereit the WT officer for the Reich demanded some investments. Rutherford explained something aginst beards and Balzereit left the raoom and came back some minutes later with a baby face - totally shaved and got his demands realized.

Rutherford surely did not like Russell too much and got problems with the directors after publishing the 7th part of the studies ( revelation book).

So the guys left him alone called themselve also "Biblestudents" and were his competitors.

Rutherford made a new marketing-concept: new contents of teachings - no holidays, birthdays and such stuff, a new name - JWs - and no facial hair.

Those guys in the Bethel-bathrooms have erased in their minds that the occident culture always was using beard and no beard at the same time. You find goaty, moustache and full beard at any time in history parallel.

They tried to eliminate it in ther "new world society" and in the 70ies they caused the leave of ten thousands of men in young ages. at the end of the eighties they started to permit moustaches. but until today no brother with more facial hair will have privleges on congresses. They leave the decision on local level into gthe hands of the body of elders. Some keep it liberal but many put on iron claws and devate young men in their development to be MS or more.

It is nothaning else than a satanic ideology that is kept by men with concrete heads who thrown down the grand ma the stairways and ask whe she runs so fast.

Their court will be a very hard one but in righteosness, those men make their law like the law of god. They spoil the god given opportunities to develope an own personality. their story in the early 70ies of student tricks - example of one guy with full facial hair who was rejected at the door went on global level,. just reading through the january 1st w.t 2006. the first study article (starting on page 20) "how firm is your trust in god?

" has another dig at higher education.. paragraph 7.
